A CPL holder on an IFR flight with ATC radar contact is cleared to descend. ATC says 'cleared to descend to 5000, report leaving 8000.' The pilot must report when:

• A.They level off at 5000 ft
• B.The altimeter first shows they are passing through 8000 ft on descent
• C.They have commenced the descent from cruise altitude
• D.Whenever they judge their actual position to be at approximately 8000 ft AMSL
