About Aviation Exam Practice
Aviation Exam Practice is an Australian-built study tool for student pilots working towards the RPL, PPL and the seven CPL theory exams.
Why we built it
Existing practice-exam tools are either expensive subscriptions, US or UK focused, or thin on explanations. Australian students deserve a tool written specifically for the local regulatory framework — CASR Part 61, the AIP, the VFRG and the day-to-day Australian airspace system — with answers that teach the underlying reason, not just the right letter.
How questions are written
Every question is original and anchored to the CASA Part 61 MOS — Aeronautical Knowledge Standards. Each question is tagged with the exact MOS unit it tests, so when you get one wrong we can point you at the specific syllabus element to revise. Answers are referenced to authoritative public sources: CASR, CASA AC/CAAP publications, the AIP, ERSA, the VFRG and BOM aviation material.
We do not copy questions from other providers. If you spot anything inaccurate, please get in touch — we review every report.
What's free, what isn't
A sample of every subject is free, so you can confirm the style and quality before paying. Full question banks are paid — we'll announce pricing closer to launch.
